“Colonial themed inn but well maintained and clean! Staff was all very nice and accommodating as possible. Bonus for pool and hot tub. Great proximity to okemo and Jackson gore. Pet friendly. Rooms are a good size considering a family of 6.”
“Had top notch service at my recent stay at The Point. The front desk really went out of their way on two separate occasions to help out. Great location if you’re skiing Okemo. Will definitely go back.”
“We spent three nights at the hotel with a one bedroom suite. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils you normally need. The staff were very friendly. Only five minutes driving to the resort clock tower parking lot and 3 min to Shaw’s where you can get all your groceries. There are plenty gas stations in the town without typical tourist price.”
“Stayed here for 5 days and it was okay. For the price, I feel it should’ve been better. The pictures on their website are misleading a bit. Our king room left much to be desired. There was a jetted tub with no working jets and the shower pressure was meh. The gym and restaurant are located apart from hotel, which was a bummer. The restaurant is super fancy and expensive, which is fine, except when you just want basic food not beef Wellington. They offer breakfast upstairs but it’s $17 a person, buffet style if you want hot food. Otherwise it’s $10 pp for cold options (not sure what was offered). The game room requires coins to play, there’s a change machine. The pool is not heated and it’s pretty small. The location is the saving grace since we came for Okemo. The little town you drive through does have a lot of food options, but again, very pricey for what you get. There’s no food delivery available (door dash, grub hub) so you have to drive. Also, no microwave in the room really was a bummer…you can ask front desk to warm food up for you, but it’s still inconvenient. The staff is really friendly and I appreciated the nice gesture of leaving a “happy birthday” gift in the room for my husband. Overall, we would stay here again, just will plan better by bringing snacks and non-perishable foods that don’t require cooking. If you can afford it, book the full suite that comes with the kitchen!”
“Would definitely stay here again. Pony up the extra ten bucks for the suite. Full kitchen, super clean, fireplace, this place maybe looks newly remodeled but more likely just taken care of properly. There is washer and dryer, 4 seat table, recliner. The only cons I could find: need more hooks in the bathroom, and the front door makes noise from the wind when the outside door is opened. The bed is perfect, best sleep away from home outside of Marriot stays. Can't really say enough good things.”
